North East artist Ray Stephenson has been fascinated with drawing and painting since childhood.
His love of art led to a career in advertising first as a photographic technician, then as a graphic artist.
When he retired, Ray returned to his first love and continued painting, working mainly in watercolours. He gets most of his inspiration from the Northumberland coastline and countryside.
Ray's work has been exhibited across the North East of England.
