Wildlife artist Jane Braithwaite, graduated in industrial design and has spent much of her career as an illustrator and graphic designer, working on products and marketing, from Sindy Dolls to shoes.

After taking early retirement, she began painting British wildlife, particularly birds. She also paints other things, such as small mammals and amphibians, especially frogs, which she loves.

Jane works in a range of different mediums, mostly pencil and pastels, keeping the background to a minimum so the subject is the main focus, capturing their beautiful subtle details close up. 

Each piece within her collections is available as a limited-edition print and comes signed, numbered and wrapped with double mounts ready for framing. She is also available for commissions.
