EXHIBITION

Ali Elly is an "environmental artist" who uses her work to highlight not only the beauty of our oceans and marine life, but also their fragility.

Over the summer of 2021 she took part in Instagram's #The100DayProject, which invited everyone to do something they loved for 100 days and post a daily picture of it.

Ali, whose studio is near Northumberland's coast, chose to paint 100 endangered species of seahorses from around the world. The images were created in her trademark clean, uncomplicated style and bsession with the colour blue!

Now, to coincide with this year's UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) she's chosen 30 of her favourites to sell as A5 portraits. They retail at £20 each with FREE worldwide shipping and are available from her website.

Here's is a selection of the paintings including one of all 100 seahorses to tempt you!
