BILBERRY & BIRCH
Bilberry and Birch is based in Northumberland, where jewellery maker Caroline Johnston finds much of her inspiration. The varied landscapes, dramatic coastline, remote moorlands and mysterious forests are all part of her collection.
She learned the basics of the craft at Leeds College of Art.
Caroline uses traditional methods and techniques, working with silver, copper, semi-precious stones, sea glass and pottery. Each piece is individually made by hand and no two pieces are ever the same. Many designs are one-offs.
